Status By Project
This report shows the status of each project, organized by workspace. It is similar to the projects-level view of the Task List within Projects. Clicking the gear icon in the top right can show optional columns for Project Category and Project Priority. The top right also has icons to email and print this report, export to Excel, and save as PDF:
If you select the Filters button in the top left of this report, you can isolate and show only project rows that match based on criteria such as dates or responsible. Click the Apply Filters button to implement the change.
This report is automatically emailed to Managers and Administrators with a frequency (weekly by default) that can be edited in any user's My Notifications settings or in the global Administrator settings for automated reports.
Totals By Status
This report shows a column set of the total number of Active-state projects by status for each workspace — On Track, At Risk, Late and Total. In additional columns, each workspace row also shows amounts of Completed, Inactive, and Archived state projects, along with a grand total. The top right corner has icons for printing, exporting to Excel, and saving to PDF.
Projects By Responsible
This chart shows visual bars for the duration of projects that each responsible party is working on over time. The timescale can be adjusted to Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views, and you can skip forward or backward in time by clicking the arrows to the left and right of the date columns. Also, a user group can be shown exclusively from the Group dropdown selection. There's also a print icon in the top right.
Completed Tasks
The Completed Tasks report shows all tasks completed by specified individuals during the specified time period. Select one of the column headers to sort the table by that column. Clicking the gear icon in the top right can show optional columns for Category and Marked Complete / Marked Complete Variance.
The Marked Complete / Marked Complete Variance columns will show the date the task was marked as 100% complete in one column and a positive (late) or negative (early) number for the variance between the end date of the task and the date it was marked 100% complete.
Also in the top right are icons to print this report, export to Excel, and save as PDF:

Active projects 100% complete
The Active projects 100% complete report list projects that have not been changed to a state of Complete, but have all of their tasks marked as completed. Select one of the column headers to sort the table by that column.
This report can provide quick, convenient switching of a project’s state from Active to Complete by checking the left box on one or more rows and clicking the Mark Project Complete button. Also, any project on this list that has an end date older than 90 days in the past can also be removed all at once by clicking the Mark complete all projects with end date more than 90 days ago link.
In the top right corner are icons for emailing, printing, or saving a PDF of this report.
