Help Information

Some organizations want to support their Reviewers directly, while others may prefer for Workzone's support staff to support all users. To facilitate these different needs, the help information that Collaborators see (Associate users always see contact information for Workzone Customer Support) can be customized. This information is shown when a Collaborator clicks help (question mark icon) in the top right corner.

Default help information can be created that appears for all workspaces, or custom help information can be designated for a specific workspace.

Default help information for all workspaces

To change the default help information for your organization:

  • Select All Workspaces from the workspace dropdown list in the top left.
  • Click the settings (gear icon) at the top right of the screen.
  • On the left side, under Global section, click Help info.
  • Collaborators can be set up to view the same Workzone contact information as Associate users see, show the default contact info for your organization, or custom help info can be created for them.

If the custom help option is selected, each workspace can have the help information set for that specific workspace:

  • Select the workspace from the workspace drop-down menu at the top left of the screen.
  • Click the settings (gear icon) at the top right of the screen.
  • On the left menu, under Settings – This Workspace, click Help info and follow the instructions.
