Create A New Partner Firm

  • Select All Workspaces from the workspace drop-down list at the top left of the page.
  • Click the settings (gear icon) at the top right of the screen.
  • On the left menu, under PARTNER FIRMS, click Add/edit partners.
  • At the top of the main screen, click the Add A Partner button.
  • Enter the Partner Firm name.
  • Click the check boxes next to the workspaces to which the Partner Firm should have access.
  • Click Create.
  • Workzone will display a prompt to create a (Partner) user account for the Partner Firm just created.
  • Fill in the contact information for the new Partner user (more users can be created later).
  • If you would like to email the new user instructions for accessing Workzone, check the box next to Email Access Info.
