Reports Navigation
Workzone's reports provide critical information on how teams are managing and completing work. Reports can be accessed in a few different ways and the Reports module navigation can be configured to make it easy to find key reports quickly.

Pinning Reports
Commonly used reports can be pinned in order to access important information quickly. To pin a report, visit the reports module and hover hover a report to reveal a pin icon:

Once the pin icon is clicked, the report will appear under the "My Reports" section at the top of the left navigation of the Reports module, and a persistent pin icon will appear next to the name of the report in the main list. To reorder the pinned reports, click and drag the arrow icons to the left of the pinned report's name:

Reports to Display
By default, Workzone will display every report that a user should have access to based on their assigned user role. The Reports to Display settings allows each user to choose which reports they would - or would not - like to see in the left sidebar of the Reports module.
The Reports to Display settings can be found by accessing My Settings in the User menu in the top right of the Workzone interface:

On the My Settings page you will find Reports to Display on the left-hand side:

On that page, you will see every report you have access to. All reports will be checked by default, and unchecking any report will remove it from the sidebar in the Reports module. Checkboxes next to the names of each section of reports will allow you to select or deselect all reports in that section. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
NOTE: Deselecting a report does not delete the report or its data; it merely hides it from the list of reports. If reselected, the report, and its data, will appear as normal.
In-Module Report Menus
Any reports specific to the Projects, Requests, or Documents modules can be accessed via the "Reports" icon at the top of those modules (directly to the right of the module's search field):

When visiting a report via the in-module report menus, the report will open in the Reports module, but a Back to... link will appear at the top of the report making it easy to return to the previous page:
