Key Command for Submitting Comments

On the My Settings > Other settings page, there is a "Keyboard" setting:

This keyboard setting will allow you to modify the key command for submitting comments in the comment editor or submitting notes or descriptions in the Projects module. The default option is Shift+Return, but the setting can be changed to use Control (on PC) or Command (on Mac)+Return.
