Switch Sites
For users who are members of multiple Workzone sites, the option to switch sites makes it easy to access each without having to log in again.
NOTE: The option to switch into a site will only appear if the user accounts in each site are using the same email address.
Additionally, in situations where different SSO implementations are being used, re-authenticating into a switched site will be required.
Once logged into a Workzone site, the user menu contains a "Switch Sites" option which will contain a list of any sites you can access:
The site you're currently logged into will always appear at the top of the list. Simply click on the name of any other site in the list and you will immediately be directed to that site. When directed to the destination site, you will be brought to the same page that you were on in the source site, unless that page is not available in the destination site.
For sites where switching is not appropriate, Administrators have the ability to remove a site from the list of available options. To find this setting, navigate to Settings (in the All Workspaces view), and find Security under the General heading. There, an option for "Allow users to switch to this site" can be found:
When this setting is Enabled, this site will be found in the "Switch Sites" menu. When Disabled, this site will not appear in the "Switch Sites" menu, though it can still be accessed by manually visiting and logging into the site.
