We’re proud to announce that Workzone is now SOC 2 Type I compliant—a major milestone that reflects our commitment to safeguarding your data. This certification, conducted by Prescient Assurance, a globally recognized leader in security and compliance for B2B SaaS companies, confirms that we meet the strict standards set by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) under SSAE 18.
We get it—that’s a lot of technical jargon. So here’s what it really means:

External Approvals that simplify client feedback
No more workarounds to get approvals from people outside your team.
You can now send file approval requests to external stakeholders—clients, legal, or execs—without creating a Workzone account for them. They’ll receive a link to a publicly accessible approval page, where they can view/download the file and leave comments. Their responses appear in Workzone just like internal approvals.
