Upload A New Version Of A Document
To upload a new version of an existing document, from the document details tray, click the New Version button in the Details section (this can also be done via the 3 vertical dots on the right of each document in a list). In the Upload A New Version box, click the Select File button and choose the replacement document on your computer, or drag and drop it onto the appropriate frame.
You have the option on this page to
Keep or
Delete the prior version. If you keep the prior version, each version will be assigned sequential "V" numbers. A file with multiple saved versions will display the current version of the file in the folder view, and will list all versions in the
File versions sections.
You can also check the
Send email notification checkbox to send an email notification to specific users once the upload is complete.
