Sort Folders Or Documents
By default, Workzone sorts folders and documents alphabetically with the most recent at the top (this Sort By setting is Most Recent in the sort menu). To change the sort order for a particular folder, click the Sort by drop-down at the top right of a Documents folder view and select a sort criterion.
Sort files alphabetically by selecting File name. Sort folders and files by most recent at the top by selecting Newest first.
While Most Recent and Newest first may appear similar, Most Recent is alphabetically first and then by create date, while Newest first is just by create date, but also sorts folders first alphabetically (just with a timestamp appended).
So, if you have two identically named folders, Newest first sorts the most recently created one first while Most Recent will actually sort the older one first.
NOTE: Workzone will remember your sort-order preference and will display your last selection the next time you log in.
