Add Tasks, Responsibilities and Dates All At Once
Use this task creation option to provide in-depth details, simultaneously, on up to 10 tasks at a time.
Click in each column to specify details for the particular task (by row).
Each task row provides options for linear dependencies. Checking the box under the ↳ symbol links the task to the row directly above it.
Click the
Save button when you are finished. The tasks will be created with the details entered in the columns.
The bottom checkbox labeled “Send email notification to responsible” uses the details entered to send notification of new task assignments after clicking Save (when the box is checked). This box can be checked by default if the "When new tasks are assigned on the Add Task page" setting is enabled on the "Event-Based Email Notifications" page, as seen here:
